July is a critical month in the national health care debate. At the end of the month the House will consider on HR 676 the United States National Health Insurance Act. Those opposed to any reform have organized and begun their misinformation campaigns. It is time to actively campaign for health care reform.
To help you, we have added a Health Care page to this site. It will list local events, calls to action, and links to organizations providing more information on this issue. Since this page is supposed to be a local health care reform resource, I encourage you to tell us about additional sources of information that we should add to this page.
As I stated above, it is time to campaign for Health Care Reform. We will have to speak 'truth to power' to overcome the professionally produced misinformation. We have to show our numbers and our concern.
